Directions
Fill the spray bottle to the neck with distilled water only. Add 8 - 12 drops of the blend. Spray on bed linens and pajamas. If any spray is left after three weeks, dump it and make a fresh batch. This keeps the spray fresh while not using preservatives in the blend. Preservatives are necessary addition in water-based formulas to prevent mold growth. Makes ~ 6 months of sleep spray. You can also diffuse the essential oil blend.
