Store credits only:
We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges. Instead, we offer store credits that can be used toward future purchases. Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Exclusions:
Please note that health and beauty, food, and perishable items are excluded from our refund and return policy. Additionally, downloads are also excluded. We cannot accept returns for these items under any circumstances.
Return window:
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or issue store credits.
Eligible items:
To be eligible for a return and store credit, items must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused. They must also be returned in their original packaging.
How to initiate a return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at carolinacrafterscollective@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s). Please include the RMA number with your return.
Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item(s) received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that we receive your return.
Processing time:
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your store credit. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Store credit:
Once your return is processed, we will issue you a store credit for the full amount of the item(s) returned, minus any shipping charges or restocking fees. The store credit will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
